Operations Manager/Feedstock from Palm Oil Industry

 Source and secure contracts for various palm oil mill by-products (e.g., POME Oil, EFB Oil, Used Cooking Oil) from across Malaysia.
 Manage and coordinate the collection and delivery of feedstocks in a timely and efficient manner.
 Supervise and lead both office-based and field operation teams.
 Organize and monitor logistics operations including transportation and storage of feedstocks.
 Maintain strong relationships with palm oil mills and other relevant stakeholders.
 Prepare and present regular reports on operational efficiency, inventory, and sourcing activities.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
 Act proactively to resolve operational issues and continuously improve efficiency.
 Travel extensively to manage site operations and build supplier relationships.
