1.Maintain, arrange and keep stock records of the stores according various location (Tiong Nam). Lot 15, Lot 23chiller,Frozen Goods, Dry Goods, packaging materials).
2.Work closely with production, purchasing and finance Department.Maintain and update relevant SOP.
3.Organize the maintenance of the frozen storage, equipmentand facilities.Receiving and reconciling goods at Tiong Nam.
4.Responsible for all warehouse operations linked to receiving and distribution operations.Maintain the hygiene, storage arrangement in order and proper functioning of the stores.
5.Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
6Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
7.Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementation new design layouts, inspecting equipment , issuing work order for repair and requisition for replacement.
8.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9.To prepare delivery schedule when needed.
