Operations Executive/SBE Management

• Manage and oversee SBE sourcing operations from palm oil refineries across Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams for collection, transport, and delivery of SBE.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with refinery partners to ensure consistent supply of by-products.
• Lead and organize the collection and logistics teams, ensuring smooth execution of all operations.
• Maintain detailed reports on sourcing, delivery, stock status, and contract performance.
• Proactively secure contracts with refineries to meet company’s production and processing needs.
• Conduct on-site visits, audits, and assessments as part of frequent travel across the region.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align operational plans with business goals.
• Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
