Job Description
- To conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company‘s products and services.
- Manage and promptly update customer information in the database.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Keep up to date updated of the company's offerings, services, and current promotions in order to engage with potential client.
- Collaborate with team members and report feedback to improve processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in the relevant field.
• Proven working experience in telemarketing, sales and relevant role is an advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently to achieve the sales target.
