Commerce Dot Com Sdn. Bhd. (CDC) was incorporated to develop and operate an electronic procurement system known as ePerolehan for the Government of Malaysia. This initiative was undertaken with the intention to steer the nation’s commerce into the forefront of the digital economy. With the introduction of ePerolehan on a nationwide scale, the Government of Malaysia became the pioneer in implementing electronic public procurement in the world. CDC has since transformed ePerolehan from being just an end-to-end electronic government procurement system to one of the key contributors towards achieving national aspiration. CDC boasts ePerolehan as one of the largest Government-to-Business (G2B) marketplace in the world with more than 30,000 government users and 170,000 suppliers throughout Malaysia and over 3 million catalogue items available online. Procurement via ePerolehan has grown tremendously to over 2 million transactions valued at more than RM15 billion (USD5 billion) annually. CDC employs a strategic and customized change management approach in order to enable widespread buy-in and transition from the manual practices to the online system. This includes comprehensive activities on procurement policies, business processes, system development and capacity building programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Respond to customer feedback and inquiries with a friendly and proactive approach.
• Deliver exceptional, timely support to our clients by maintaining a high standard of service.
• Ensure that customer queries are handled thoroughly and accurately to the customers satisfaction.
• Enter and update customer information in the system to maintain accurate records.
• Uphold strict customer data privacy policies.
• Adaptability to various ad hoc tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must possess at least a Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or equivalent qualifications. Higher qualifications in related fields are an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential.
• Basic computer use, proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to operate in electronic customer systems are essential.
• Understanding the products or services offered by the company is important to provide accurate information to customers.
• Possess good interpersonal communication skills, empathy towards customers, and the ability to handle conflict situations patiently and politely.

Salary:
RM 2,200.00 Monthly
