Job Description

New & Urgent Requirements

ROLE: Native Vietnamese - Customer Service

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls with members aged 65+
- Address queries on healthcare procedures, copay amounts, and plan benefits
- Provide empathetic support to members with fatal diseases, chronic conditions, or bereavement
- Promote healthcare events and services

Requirements:

- Native Vietnamese speaker
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a BPO or call center
- Knowledge of health benefits and healthcare experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Ability to work permanent night shifts

Skills:

- Patience and empathy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and use various software tools
