Job Description

New & Urgent Requirements

We are currently hiring for a Native Vietnamese Customer Service role.

Position: Native Vietnamese - Customer Service

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: Basic RM 4500 + RM 300 KPI Allowance + RM 300 Night Shift Allowance

Language Proficiency: Vietnamese

Start Date: 28th August 2025

Experience:

1 year of customer service experience from a BPO company/call center
Health benefits knowledge and experience in healthcare are a plus

Work Hours: Permanent Night Shift

Education: High School/Diploma/Bachelor Degree

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Handle inbound/outbound calls with 65+ year-old members
Address queries on healthcare procedures, co-pay amounts, and plan benefits
Provide support to members with fatal diseases, chronic conditions, or bereavement
Promote healthcare events, such as colonoscopies, mammograms, and flu shots

Skills Required:

Patience and empathy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and tools (Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required
1 year of previous customer service experience
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues in previous work experience
Preferred experience: Call Center, Health benefits knowledge
Salary:
RM 5,100.00 Monthly
