- Salary Details: USD 1,000 - 1,500 (NEGOTIABLE)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
⟡ Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
⟡ Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
⟡ Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers.
⟡ Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
⟡ High School | College Degree | Bachelor Degree.
⟡ Experience as Customer Service is preferred but not required.
⟡ WITHOUT work experience in the same position are encouraged to apply.
⟡ Willing to be TRAINED.
⟡ Able to work in Shifting Schedule and Public Holidays.
⟡ Language Required: BAHASA MALAY (Fluent)
⟡ Language Required: MANDARIN (Fluent | Intermediate)
⟡ Language Required: ENGLISH (Intermediate)
⟡ Willing to RELOCATE and work OVERSEAS if company requires.
