Vacancy: Mandarin Speaker - Customer Service (Work From Home)

Location: Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia

Total Salary: RM3,800

Joining Date: July 2025

Headcount: 20

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shift

Education: SPM holder and above

Work Setup: Work from home policy after 3 months of onboarding. Double pay for public holidays.

Responsibilities:

- Provide quality customer service via chats
- Resolve order-related problems
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and riders

Requirements:

- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Customer-centric commitment
- Basic English communication skills
- Well-versed in Mandarin
- Ability to work on rotational shifts
