Job Description

Handling inbound/outbound calls for elderly members
Discussing medical coverage, benefits, co-pay info, and network providers
Promoting health checkups such as mammograms, colonoscopies & flu shots
Documenting call notes accurately
Using creative thinking to solve complex issues
Demonstrating care and compassion for customers dealing with chronic conditions or loss
1+ year of customer service experience in a BPO/Call Centre
Health benefits or healthcare knowledge are a strong advantage
Empathy, patience, and professionalism
Strong multitasking skills across platforms like Teams, Zoom, and Skype
The ability to build trust and provide solutions, especially during difficult moments

A native Vietnamese speaker with a compassionate heart and a strong sense of responsibility, ready to support senior customers (65 years and above) with essential healthcare information.
