Job Description
Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor (Near LRT Ara Damansara)
Salary: RM2,800 (Basic),
- KPI Allowance: up to RM500
- Shift Allowance: up to RM400
Working Hours: Monday – Sunday: 7:00am-3:00am (9 hours working)
- 5 days working and 2 off days
Requirements
- English and Mandarin
- Min Education: SPM / Diploma
- Able to work on rotational shifts
- Possess great attitude and good problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound calls and provide assistance through Live Chat support.
- Reply promptly to Customer's Emails.
- Follow up with customer's support requests
- Handling all inbound calls, enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Salary:
- RM 2,800.00 Monthly
