Job Description

1. Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date

2. Follow up on customer requests and issues

3. Manage basic customer issues, feedback, and escalate complex cases when necessary

4. Support the team in daily operational tasks and reporting

5. Escalate customer feedback or concerns to supervisors when needed

6. Provide accurate information regarding the company’s services and processes
