Job Description
-At least 1 year of experience but fresh graduated are welcome.
-Understand and be familiar with service procedures and standards related to employee employment in Malaysia.
-Familiar with human resource performance, compensation, and welfare, and have practical experience.
-Able to handle work independently.
-Mandarin proficiency is compulsory for direct liaising with customer from China, and Director from China.
Responsibility
-Relationship provide efficient and professional customer service, responsible for local and nearby business delivery, including recruitment, invoice issuing and data reports.
-Understand and master the company's product and service information to ensure accurately communicates to customers.
-Ensure Timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc to respective statutory bodies
-Maintain and manage customer information database and participate in the development and optimization of customer service processes and policies
-Update overseas local employment policies to China's HQ
-Organize regular marketing activities and internal experience sharing workshop
