Job Description

REQUIREMENT
-Candidate must posses at least Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English
-At least 3 years and above of working experience in the field is required for this position.
-Preferably Executive specializing In HR or equivalent.
-Skills: strong knowledge of the HR practices employee development and performance management.
-Training & KPI Management : Ability to plan, organize and implement employee training programs , as well as set monitor and evaluate KPI for employee performance.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player, fast learner and analytical skills are must.
-15 minutes to KLIA .

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Establishing and implementing Manpower Planning and Recruitment System to ensure proper process is carry out such as procedures in pre-selection, interviewing, selecting and post selection.
-Formulating and designing of employee handbook, rules and regulations in compliance with the Labour Law and Industrial Relations Act to ensure consistency practice to protect the company interest at all time.
-Reviewing the Company Compensation Plan & Fringe Benefit System.
-Improvising Wages Structure, Salary Scale & Staff Grading.
-Improvising and administering the Annual Performance Appraisal System.
-Setting up Company's Policies and Rules & Regulations.
-Administering disciplinary action system.
-Establishing and retaining Administration Management Plans for supporting the organization daily business operation.

-Identifying training needs of their personnel and organizing training program to meet the needs.
-Carrying out and implementing all the relevant SOPs and ISO procedures.
-Liaison with Labour Department, Industrial Relations Department, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax Department.
-Responsible to coordinate labour movement such as Recruitment, Termination, Promotion, Transfer and Confirmation.
-Handling grievance and provide counselling and advise to employees to improve industrial relations.
-Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
-Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
-Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Training and Development:
-Identifying training needs of their personnel and organizing training program to meet the needs.
-Assists managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
-Prepares, facilitates, monitors, evaluates and document all the training activities in the company.
-Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
-Manages and arranges all in-house training facilities and equipment.
-Monitors training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepares budget reports to justify expenditures.
-Compiles training document and submits training claim to HRDF.
-Maintains employee training records.
-To contribute Kaizen idea's for HRA towards Departmental Objective.

KPI Management System:
-Collaborate with Manager to identify relevant KPIs aligned with business objectives.
-Develop and implement processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting KPI data.
-Design dashboards and reports to visualize KPI performance.
-Regularly monitor KPI data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
-Analyze KPI performance to understand root causes of underperformance and identify opportunities for optimization.
-Prepare reports and presentations to communicate KPI performance to Manager.
-Develop and implement strategies to improve KPI performance and achieve organizational goals.
-Collaborate with teams to implement process changes based on KPI analysis.
-Ensure the accuracy and reliability of KPI data.
-Maintain data quality and integrity throughout the KPI system.
-You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads.
Salary:
RM 3,000.00 Monthly
