What we are looking for?
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and develop practical HR skills in a real-world setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in task execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Mandarin speaker preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship (preferably 3 to 4 months).
Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, employee onboarding, and documentation.
• Support the HR team in maintaining and organizing employee records and HR databases.
• Help coordinate staff engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
• Assist in posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
• Support the administration of employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring.
• Help prepare HR-related reports and documentation under the guidance of HR personnel.
• Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and internal memos as instructed.
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with Malaysian labor laws through HR documentation and record-keeping.
• Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and development opportunities within the HR department.
