About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team in Johor. As a full-time Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional development of our young students.

What you'll be doing

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the school's curriculum and support the holistic development of children
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning through play and exploration
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and implementing individualised support as needed
- Collaborate with the teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the preschool programme
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements governing preschool operations

What we're looking for

- A recognised teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or daycare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of young learners
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Able to start immediately
