Job Description
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs towards the implementation of international standard/ management system
- Explain the standards development process to customers
- Negotiate, close deals and respond to customer concerns
- Provide best solution to assisting the clients in obtaining the certification
- Ensures customer satisfaction and manage the quality of product and service delivery.
- Involved in managing the sales process and customer relationship management, including lead generation, client engagement, and post-sales support.
- Provides performance insights to management for informed decision-making and strategic improvements.
