Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our specialized sales program to new and existing customers.

Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions through our sales program.

Conduct consultations, presentations, and product demos to engage potential customers.

Build relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategies to hit sales targets and program goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for the sales program.

Track program performance, analyze customer feedback, and suggest improvements.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers as they implement the program.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (1-2 years preferred).

A deep understanding of sales strategies and program management.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and adapt to clients' needs.

Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

A results-driven mindset and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
