Job Description

As a Procurement & Invoicing Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the procurement process, maintaining smooth invoicing operations, and ensuring accurate payment processing. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supplier Management:

Communicate and build strong relationships with suppliers to place orders for stock, ensuring timely delivery.

Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and quality requirements to secure the best possible deals.

Track and manage stock levels to ensure business continuity.

Invoicing & Payment Processing:

Create accurate invoices for both suppliers and customers.

Collect and arrange payments for suppliers and customers, ensuring timely transactions.

Monitor payment statuses, track discrepancies, and ensure all accounts are up to date.

Verify that payments align with the invoices and reconcile discrepancies when necessary.

Payment & Account Reconciliation:

Ensure payments are made and received on time.

Review account statuses and ensure that payments are accurately reflected and reconciled in the system.

Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any payment discrepancies.

Data Entry & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all procurement and invoicing transactions.

Enter data into relevant systems, ensuring records are up-to-date and easy to retrieve.

Generate and maintain procurement reports for management review.

Stock Purchasing & Quality Control:

Purchase stock while considering both quality and cost-efficiency.

Conduct market research to identify the best suppliers for high-quality stock at competitive prices.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure they meet required standards and delivery timelines.

Other Administrative Duties:

Assist with other tasks related to procurement, invoicing, and accounts as needed.
Salary:
RM 2,500.00 Monthly
