Job Description

- Handle administrative tasks related to bank
facilities applications and bank-related matters.
- Assist in preparing and managing corporate
secretarial documentation.
- Manage email correspondence and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and handle petty cash transactions, ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Perform document scanning, filing, and record management to ensure proper documentation flow.
- Provide general administrative support for routine and ad hoc office operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to administrative processes.
Salary:
RM 3,000.00 Monthly
