Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to ensure the successful completion of the development.

1. Education & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in either one of the following:
Civil Engineering
Architecture
Urban & Regional Planning
Construction Management
Real Estate Development

- Professional Certifications (preferred):
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
Professional Engineer (PE) – for engineering backgrounds
Registered Architect – for architecture backgrounds

2. Experience & Industry Knowledge

- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
Industrial park development (manufacturing zones, logistics hubs, special economic zones, etc.)
Large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects
Construction and project management
Stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and tenants

- Strong understanding of:
Industrial zoning laws, environmental regulations, and compliance
Infrastructure planning (roads, utilities, logistics, supply chains, etc.)
Factory and warehouse design principles
Investment promotion and business development strategies

3. Key Skills & Competencies:

- Project Leadership & Management:
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors, consultants).
Expertise in project lifecycle management, from feasibility studies to construction and operation.
Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Risk assessment and problem-solving skills.

- Strategic Planning & Business Acumen:
Experience in master planning and industrial ecosystem development.
Ability to attract investors, businesses, and industrial tenants to the park.
Understanding of economic incentives, public-private partnerships (PPPs), and financing models.

- Stakeholder & Government Relations:
Experience in working with local and international investors.
Strong liaison skills with government agencies for permits, approvals, and incentives.
Ability to negotiate contracts, leases, and development agreements.

- Technical & Legal Expertise:
Familiarity with construction laws, safety regulations, and industrial environmental policies.
Knowledge of industrial park operations, facility management, and logistics.
Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) compliance and sustainability practices.

- Communication & Leadership:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with C-suite executives, government officials, and global investors.

4. Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for site inspections, stakeholder meetings, and investor roadshows.
- Experience in international collaboration (foreign direct investments, global trade zones, etc.).
- Passion for sustainable and smart industrial park development.
- Proficient in Chinese.
