Job Description

Handle clinic administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
*Assist in human resource functions such as staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and recruitment.
*Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
*Manage inventory and procurement of medical and office supplies.
*Handle customer service inquiries and patient relations professionally.
*Provide general support to the clinic’s operations as needed.

Requirements:
• Must possess at least Secondary School/SPM
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• School leavers are welcomed
• Computer literate
• Quick learner, ability to work in a multitasking environment and work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate with purchasers/ solicitors
• Female candidate preferred
• Must be willing to work in Ipoh area
• MALAYSIAN only
