Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, providing personalized skincare and cosmetic advice to clients, driving sales, and creating an exceptional in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assess customers' skin types and needs to recommend suitable skincare and cosmetic products.
Demonstrate proper product usage and application techniques.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display counters and testers.
Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and product launches.
Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Participate in stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related fields is a plus.
Prior experience in beauty retail or as a makeup artist/skincare consultant is preferred.
Passionate about beauty and skincare with strong product knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and team player.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., English, Malay, Mandarin) is an advantage.
