Job Description
2. Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences to improve engagement and reach
3. Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce content
4. Manage posting schedule and maintain consistency across all platforms
5. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
6. Run paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Boost, TikTok Ads) and analyze campaign performance
7. Track KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, and conversion metrics
8. Propose and execute creative campaigns for promotions, holidays, and brand awareness
9. Maintain brand voice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Negara guidelines)
