Job Description
1 .To manage & coordinate with all parties (internal & external) to ensure that the IT systems are fully operational with minimal downtime
2. To review & enhance existing IT systems and its functionalities
3. To review & provide solutions for company’s IT/systems needs
4. To review, monitor & coordinate with all parties (internal & external) for all IT systems implementation
5. To periodically review & manage IT systems’ Licensing, Security and Redundancy risks
6. To prepare relevant monthly IT systems reports
7. To ensure all IT related documents (Guidelines & User Manuals) are up to date
8. Perform any task given by Superior / Management
Requirements
*Min Diploma or Degree in IT or IT related
*Min 5 - 10 years working experiences in ERP/EPICOR System
*Good analytical skills

- RM 2,900.00 Monthly
