Job Description
We currently have vacancies for one Customer Software Support Engineer. We invite suitable candidates to apply to join our dynamic team and work with our experts.
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Self-motivated, teamwork and soft skills are prerequisites. Training will be provided whenever necessary.
Requirements: -
· Degree/Diploma in an IT discipline
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Preferably a minimum of 1 to 2 year’s application software support experience
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Preferably Malaysian citizen.
Responsibilities:
· Address customer concerns and issue regarding software operation/installation.
· Document software issues and troubleshooting.
· Provide support during system implementation.
· Provide training to the customer.
· Provide technical support.
· Work with customer to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
