Job Description
Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and credit notes.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables.
LHDN E- Invoice submission before end month.
Coordinate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing issues.
