Job Description
Pay: RM1700- RM2000 per month
Working Hours: 6 Days, 8.00am to 5.00pm (Saturday will be alternate mode)
Work Location : Pusat Perniaagaan Vorteks, Simpang Ampat, Penang.
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM or DIPLOMA (Preferred)
• Fresh graduate / working experience(preferred)
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate on Microsoft Excel & Word
• Language Required : Bahasa Malaysia, English or know Mandarin (preferred)
• Nationality Preferred : Malaysians Female Only
• Age 18 -30
• Those who can work immediately will be prioritized

Responsibilities
• To assist in data entry, prepare record and perform general clerical job.
• Ensure data entries are accurately maintained and readily available
• Handle invoice, delivery order, calculate the stock before pick up
• To handle daily administrative works which includes emails, mails and all incoming calls
• To perform other admin job as requested
• Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior
• Working date is six days (alternate Saturday)
