Event Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively seek new business opportunities and customers focusing on mortgage refinancing and personal financing.
• Handle the sales process until sales fulfilment follow-up.
• Engage in face-to-face marketing in sales and marketing initiatives such as property launches, booth openings and salary-day fair.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Consistently meet sales target while ensure compliance with internal bank policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM or equivalent, aged 18–40, with strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; other languages are an advantage.
• Monday to Friday, fixed working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Confident, energetic, and people-oriented, with a friendly personality and passion for connecting with others.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented, able to work under pressure with persuasive skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Independent and self-motivated, eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
