Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our continued growth!
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Manage accounting journals to ensure precise and up-to-date financial records.
Maintain and update Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Assist in preparing daily sales invoices and sales account entries.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate customer statements.
Perform daily bank reconciliations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure account accuracy.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Strong self-learning ability with a passion for continuous improvement.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
