Job Description

At Epic AV Sdn Bhd, we specialize in providing high-quality LED lighting solutions, cutting-edge sound systems, and visually stunning lighting designs for events, concerts, and commercial spaces. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We are currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated and skilled LED, Sound, and Light Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain LED lighting systems, sound equipment, and other visual technologies for various events and venues.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sound, light, and LED systems during live events or installations.

Collaborate with event planners, project managers, and designers to ensure all technical aspects of events meet client expectations.

Provide on-site support during setup, operation, and takedown of equipment for events.

Ensure all equipment is safely and securely handled, and perform regular maintenance to extend the lifespan of the systems.

Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in LED, sound, and lighting technology.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED lighting, sound systems, and visual technologies.

Strong technical knowledge of sound, lighting, and LED systems.

Ability to work well under pressure, particularly during live events.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Flexible schedule to accommodate events that may occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A passion for creative solutions and an eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with industry-standard software for lighting and sound control (e.g., DMX, MIDI).

Certification in technical fields related to LED, sound, or lighting technologies is a plus.

Previous experience working in live events, theater, or large-scale productions.
