Job Description
• To provide technical support and assistance to the sales department (e.g. : System Design & Documentations, System Demo)
• To provide after-sales support (e.g. : Installing, Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance of AV & Lighting System)
• To provide on-site support to customers including AV system training, Product Servicing, troubleshooting, breakdown calls and resolving their area of concerns.
• Assist Servicing Team where situation is required
- Salary:
- RM 2,000.00 Monthly
