Overview:
Inspiration Acupuncture & Reflexology Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide administrative support to the team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients have a welcoming and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate staff.
- Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system.
- Maintain client records and ensure all information is up to date.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization.
- Handle payment transactions and provide receipts for services rendered.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Coordinate communication between clients and practitioners.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
