Regional Manager

Location : Careclinics Johor

Job Description
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company objectives within a region.
Managing operations, sales and marketing functions to maximize profitability.
Monitoring regional performance and reporting on metrics to senior management team.
Building and maintaining relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
Leading, managing and coaching a team of district or area managers.
Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations and standards within a region.
Identifying regional market opportunities and creating business plans to exploit these opportunities.
Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
Oversees scheduling of operation staffs, organizing work shifts with heads of clinics. Coordinating and perform staff training sessions and other team development exercises.
Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals and objectives.

Requirement
Degree/Diploma in Medical Assistant/Medical/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years working experiences in medical/clinical operations.
Goods communication skills and leadership
Excellent planning and organizational skills and able to handle work pressure and manage stress
