Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Manager/Manager - Accounts & Finance Manager (Property Developement) to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards. This role covers financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, cash flow management, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial insight, analytical capabilities, and leadership skills to support business goals and improve financial efficiency. Prior experience in property development companies (developers) is highly preferred.

Financial Planning & Budgeting
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and manage expenses to align with company goals.
Monitor cash flow, analyze variances, and provide financial advice to support decisions and development projects.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings; ensure financial reports are accurate and timely.
Manage full set of accounts, supporting schedules, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and company secretaries to ensure smooth financial operations.
Cost Control & Risk Management
Monitor financial performance and risks; control expenses and improve cost efficiency.
Set up and maintain internal controls and SOPs to protect company assets.
Process Improvement & Team Management
Review and improve financial processes to boost efficiency.
Lead and train the finance team; work with other departments to solve financial issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial, accounting, or corporate finance.
