Experience in supply chain management
Proficient in using Office and other office software
Develop material requirements plans based on the production schedule
Handle material planning in response to production schedule changes
Integrate sales planning, procurement, production operations, and inventory control
Link production and sales operations
Formulate plans for both general and specialized materials
Supplier development and negotiations, including procurement agreements, price negotiations, order tracking, and Kanban pull systems
Analyze causes of inventory overstock or shortages
Forecast inventory demand
Control methods for material purchase batch sizes with different demand characteristics
Strong communication and coordination skills
Coordination of planning, production, and material progress
Strong team spirit
Requirements:
Multilingual communication (English, Chinese, Malay)
Must have at least a Diploma.
Experience: must have at least 3 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing company.
