Job Description
To provide comprehensive administrative support to department heads and team members, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
Coordinate interdepartmental communication and collaborations, facilitating effective information flow.
Prepare, file and organize document and reports.
Ensure the document and data are accessible and up to date.
Assist with data management tasks, including tracking progress, compiling data and preparing presentations as needed.
Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting agenda, taking minutes and following up in actions.
Management departmental office supplies and resources.
Support public relations in managing communications, organizing events and handling inquiries across departmental personnel.
Ensure departmental staff are adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
Perform general office duties as required.
Assist in organizing meetings and taking the Minutes of the meetings.
All other company secretarial and administrative functions.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Possess at least 1 to 2 years experience in Secretarial activities or office management
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Possess a positive, pro-active, and helpful attitude
High level of meticulousness and the ability to spot spelling and statistical errors
Ability to work independently
