Job Description

Job Summary: (Office role)

This role supports our sales team by managing order entries, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between sales and other departments. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management

Input and manage customer orders within our sales system, ensuring accuracy in details such as quantity, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Regularly monitor and update the status of orders to maintain accurate sales records.

2. Reporting

Compile and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales metrics to aid in tracking sales performance

3. Order Distribution

Manage the receipt and printing of sales orders from system.

Coordinate the distribution of order details to the sales team.

4. Administrative Support

Assist sales representatives with the completion of sales-related documentation.

Ensure all necessary forms and relevant documents are accurately filled out and submitted to the appropriate departments for processing.

5. Customer Communication

Engage directly with customers to follow up on orders, confirm details, and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise to ensure a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficient in using office software.

-Proven experience in administrative roles and sales management systems, preferably in a sales environment will be an added advantage.
Salary:
RM 2,000.00 Monthly
