Job Description
* Tracking and monitoring payments and obligations
* Managing and maintaining a client database and preparing reports with details of deals, contracts, and payments
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members such as managing daily tasks, maintain effective channels, prepare necessary documentations if necessary.
*To manage necessary printing, stationary stock-up, proper filing system and record keeping.
Job requirement
Candidate must possess at least SPM
Experience in administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
