Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Office Administration with a strong background in vocational training. The ideal candidate must possess a Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 or a Diploma in Office Administration (DKM), along with a valid Vocational Training Officer (VTO) certificate and an induction certificate recognized by the Department of Skills Development (JPK). Candidates should have prior teaching experience, preferably in a skills-based or vocational training environment. Responsibilities include delivering theoretical and practical lessons in office administration, preparing teaching materials and lesson plans, assessing student performance, and supervising industrial training placements. The candidate is also expected to contribute to curriculum development, ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards, and actively participate in academic meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
