Job Description
Multiple locations available: Mid Valley, Kepong, Shah Alam, TTDI, Sunway Velocity, Melawati, Publika, Kuching, Pelangi (Johor Bahru), Muar (Johor Bahru) and Melaka.
Main Roles:
• Provide professional recommendations on aesthetic treatment packages and products to customer
• Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations
• Communicated with doctors on suitable treatments for patient
• Follow up with patients, and encourage them for frequent treatments to ensure better results
• Assisting doctors in performing procedures.
• Update and maintain treatment records
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objective
Job Requirements:
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Open to candidates without prior experience - we provide comprehensive training.
• Passion for aesthetic, beauty and skincare
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good customer services (service-oriented)
• Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated and hardworking.
