Job Description

• Be the primary contact for channel partners, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and support their success
• Conduct partner audits and recommend performance improvements
• Support channel marketing activities like campaigns, events, and trade shows
• Monitor partner performance and maintain detailed records
• Assist in partner enablement through training and onboarding support
• Facilitate deal registration, certifications, and access to Tenable’s partner resources
• Send out newsletters, drive engagement, and stimulate event participation
* Manage inquiries about the Tenable Assure Partner Programme and support tiers.
* Language Proficiency: Mandarin (B2) + English (B2) – Filipinos only
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in:
• B2B account management
• Channel support/partner enablement
• CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Marketing strategy or market research background is a plus
Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends is a bonus
Salary:
RM 115,000.00 Monthly
