Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to drive the brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance across multiple marketing channels for our fast-moving FÁMMY FÆY® products.

This position is key to driving the success of our marketing campaigns and executing strategic brand initiatives, managing data-driven campaigns, and optimizing customer experiences to deliver measurable results. You will be central to analyzing ad performance, optimizing strategies, and fostering collaboration across departments. This role also supports our digital strategy by managing website and online campaigns, coordinating live commerce, overseeing content across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee), and optimizing media performance to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and online sales.

We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, energetic, and able to think creatively to capture attention and drive growth for the brand. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, and results oriented marketer with strong leadership skills and experience in beauty and fashion retail or consumer brands, both online and offline.
