Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with internal communication and coordination between departments
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and WeChat
- Follow up on project progress
- Handle sales contracts
What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
- Education: At least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U qualification in any field.
- Experience: Having Sales Admin/Sales/Admin experiences is a additional for the job if having no experience also welcome
- Transport: Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
