Job Description

1. Sales Strategy Development:
a. Develop and implement key account planning in alignment with corporate objectives.
b. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
c. Responsible for demand planning – forecast for yearly and monthly basis.

2. Team Leadership:
a. Ensure all communications are cascaded across the team / department / company where appropriate to smooth business operations.
b. Ensure good collaboration between team members and across departments.

3. Target Achievement:
a. Achieve sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
b. Monitor and report on performance metrics to senior management.

4. Customer Relationships:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
b. Collaborate with account teams to provide solutions and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Budget & Reporting Management:
a. Develop and manage the national sales budget, detailed sales reports, sales trend analysis, sales forecast, sales performance analysis, sales-to-expenses analysis presentations for management including monitoring expenses on monthly basis and ensuring good return of investment for the company.
b. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
a. Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts in driving sales initiatives.
b. Cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, and finance departments to align forecasts with business goals.

7. Compliance:
a. Ensure the sales process complies with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
b. To ensure all incentives are paid according to the incentive scale when team achieves their targets to ensure SOP and compliance to approved incentive structure.
c. To ensure all documents submissions to relevant departments are according to SOP.
Salary:
RM 9,000.00 Monthly
