Chinese Clinic Assistant cum Receptionist (Sg Siput, Perak)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Patient care - registration of patients and schedule appointments
-Assist doctor with examinations and routine procedures
-Preparing and dispensing medications
-Operate medical equipment with care and professionalism
-Assist in clinical duties, i.e. dispensing medication, inventory check and clinical procedures
-Greet patients and their families warmly and professionally
-Answer phone calls and emails promptly and accurately
-Direct patients to the appropriate areas or staff members
-Assist patients with filling out forms and answering their questions
-Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
-To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the doctor

JOB REQUIREMENTS
*Preferably a Chinese female
*At least one year experience
*Adaptable and flexible, ready to contribute to a dynamic healthcare/clinic setting
*Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
*Compassionate with good communication skills
*Excellent teamwork skills
*Strong technical and analytical skills
*Good patient interaction skills
*Maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
*Be aware of and follow clinic policies and procedures.
*Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
