Clinic: Rixile Clinic
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week

Role summary
We are looking for a Clinic Assistant who is friendly, organized, and passionate about aesthetic and wellness to join our growing team to support daily operations, deliver excellent client service, and contribute to a positive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Responsible for all aspects of operations and patient care in clinic
• Handling registration of patients, billing of patients, and manage client records
• Handle customer’s requests and attend to their queries
• Managing appointments and calls
• Assist doctors during procedures and patient consultation
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms
• Handle inventory, stock ordering and basic administrative tasks
• Educate clients on services and general post-treatment care
• Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and client satisfaction
Requirements
• SPM/ Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a clinic, or beauty setting is an advantage
• Good attitude, hardworking, pleasant personality, punctual and trustworthy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in team and individual
• Interest in aesthetics, skincare, and wellness preferred
• Basic computer skills (clinic systems, emails, etc.)
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu (Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage)
