About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing cum Admin Executive to support our clinic’s brand growth and handle essential day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow your marketing skills while gaining experience in the wellness & aesthetics industry.
Responsibilities
Marketing Duties:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, captions, basic graphics) for social media platforms, e-newsletters and promotions
• Manage social media accounts and respond to online inquiries
• Experience in website content writing or basic web editing is a strong advantage
• Write and update website content (e.g service descriptions, blog posts, landing pages)
• Assist in organizing events, collaborations, and client promotions
• Track marketing performance (eg. Engagement, traffic, leads) and prepare basic reports
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or CapCut) is an advantage
• Design simple visuals or videos for marketing/branding/website/social media platform
Administrative Duties:
• Assist with general administrative support to the team
• Manage stock inventory and liase with suppliers for ordering
• Support to prepare all documents for accounting purpose
• Provide admin support to management and clinical team
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field
• At least 1-2 year of relevant experience preferred
• Interest in marketing, aesthetic, and wellness industry
• Basic design skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar) are an added advantage
• Creative and social-media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads experience a plus)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Good command of English and [BM / Mandarin – if required]
• Friendly, professional, and a team player
