Job Description
Monitor performance metrics and provide real-time feedback and training.
Manage escalations and ensure swift and satisfactory resolution of issues.
Track key support metrics and provide insights through regular reporting.
Drive customer satisfaction by optimising processes and agent efficiency.
Organise team huddles, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Native Japanese speaker with strong English communication skills
1–2 years of Team Lead or supervisory experience in customer service/chat support
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Open to working on rotational shifts in a fast-paced environment
