Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions
Maintain data confidentiality and follow support procedures
Build rapport with customers and go the extra mile for resolution
Meet and exceed performance KPIs (quality, accuracy, satisfaction)
Strong Korean & English communication skills (spoken and written)
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or support
SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
Team spirit, empathy, and great attention to detail
Rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 rest days)
